Refund Policy At Jilanis Monroe LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We handle each refund request on a case-by-case basis depending on the service type. Service-Based Refunds: Because our services involve time, documentation, and administrative work, refunds may only be provided if work has not yet begun. Non-Refundable Services: Once a service has been started (such as document preparation, filing, or consultation), it becomes non-refundable. Digital Products: Digital templates, forms, or downloadable materials are final sale and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Rescheduling or Cancellations: Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or same-day cancellations may result in a fee. Contact for Refund Requests:
